Player Commitment Letter

Signing up for soccer means a commitment of the player and family to participate fully in our program.  In the past we have encountered a number of issues with players who don't show up regularly without notifying coaches.  This often impacts on the Coach's practice plan, and can over time inhibit develop of individual and team skills.  In order to emphasize the importance of committing fully to team practices and games, we ask all players and parents before the season starts to sign a Letter of Commitment to ensure they understand fully what they are signing up for, and agree to fully participate in our programs.  Below is a copy of the letter your coach will ask you to read, sign and return before the season begins.
