Refund/Cancellation Policy for 2024 Outdoor Season:

• Cancellations received prior to March 1, 2024: Full refund of registration fee minus $25 administration fee
• Cancellations received March 1 to April 1, 2024:  50% refund of registration fee  
  • If cancelling for medical reasons a doctors note must be supplied.  If documentation is received a full refund of registration fees minus $25 administration fee will be offered.
• ​Cancellations and refunds will not be processed after April 1, 2024
