Dear Coaches and Team Managers,
We’re excited to announce that team picture day is coming up soon!
Your team is currently scheduled for:
Wednesday, May 6 at 4:00PM
Location: Glenmore Soccer Fields - 289 Valley Rd, Kelowna, BC V1V 2C6
Each team will be allocated a 10-minute window to complete their team photo. To help things run smoothly, volunteer helpers will be on site to guide teams, assist with organization, and answer any questions. Please check in with a volunteer when you arrive around your scheduled time so they can direct you on getting your team organized.
Parking: Parking is available at the fields; however, we encourage carpooling where possible.
Each player will receive a Memory Mate, which includes both an individual photo and a team photo. Photography services will be provided by Basil Cooper Photography.
